I'm Jenni, and I currently work as Integrations Manager at Brella. Before my current role, I was leading Brella's global Customer Success & Support functions for 3+ years (Locations: New York, the U.S & Helsinki, Finland). During this time, I built Brella's Customer Support operations from scratch to a mature, results-driven, and profitable Customer (Tech) Support function. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I started to develop a more serious interest to learn about software, how to integrate it but also, how to develop it. I picked up my first coding bootcamps through SheCodes in spring 2021 which led me to build 4 fully functioning web apps with Vanilla JS & React.js by fall 2021! ๐ฉโ๐ป I'm always up for learning more about coding and hoping to get my first customer projects finished by the end of 2022. My coding journey keeps ongoing and I can't wait to learn more ๐
